VSPDT Mentor Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a professional mentor for the Victoria Stilwell Academy for Dog Training & Behavior (VSA). As a VSPDT member, it is not necessary for you to complete the full VSA Mentor Application process, but we need a bit more information about your current training services. Please complete the form below to let us know that you’d like to be considered as a VSA Mentor. Note that just as with non-VSPDT mentors for the Academy, completing this form does not guarantee that you’ll be placed with a student, as mentor pairing is contingent on many factors.     Please describe the types of private training consults you offer, if any (i.e., in-home, at shelters/rescues, etc.)

    Please list the types of group classes you offer, if any (i.e. basic manners, puppy, etc.)
