DTC Video Submission Form

Dog Trainer Course students should use the form on this page to submit their required video submissions to VSA during the Final Exam and Assessments module.

Students are welcome to submit their videos early, provided they submit all required videos at one time and recognize that doing so will count as the first of their two possible video submission attempts. (Any unsuccessful submissions due to form failures will not be counted towards the student’s overall submission attempt count.)

General Instructions:

  • Submit each video individually and in the correct order.
  • Video URLs in each form field must be in correct URL format (i.e., beginning with “http://” or “www.”).
  • Include any notes about the videos (not required) in the comment field.
  • Ensure that all videos follow the technical and content requirements in the DTC Video Submission Instructions document.
  • Ensure that all videos are marked as ‘Unlisted’ in YouTube (not ‘Private’).

Upon successful submission of the form, you should receive confirmation that the form has been submitted. If you do not see this confirmation, please try to re-submit via the form and then contact VSA. You will be notified of your graded results within 2-3 weeks after submission.
